Active HOME funded properties in Ohio.

Generally, landlords operating HOME-funded properties may only evict a tenant for good cause and after a thirty-day notice.
Tenants and legal services attorneys often have difficulty identifying which properties are subject to the HOME restrictions. The below map and database search helps advocates quickly determine if a rental unit is subject to the HOME restrictions.

All addresses were collected from the National Housing Preservation Database (NHPD). The addresses mapped below were accurate as of July, 2014.
